스마트 공장자동화 [화장품산업, Cosmetic Industry]

1. 의의

화장품 업종은 시장변화에 민감하고 기호와 유행에 따라 빠르게 변하여 제품의 사이클이 매우 짧고 소량 다품종의 특징을 갖고 일반 소비제품과 달리 인간의 미와 신체에 관련된 소비자의 욕구를 충족 시켜주는 특수한 가치 및 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 선진형 미래산업이다.

화장품의 제형은 유화제(크림, 로션), 가용화제(화장수, 향수, 에센스), 분산제(마스카라, 파운데이션 등)으로 구분된다.

기능성 화장품의 기능은 미백, 주름개선, 자외선 차단(단일, 이중, 삼중 기능성)이 있으며 화장품법 및 우수 화장품 제조 및 품질관리 기준(CGMP; Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice)에 의해 생산 및 관리한다.

2. 스마트공장 

가. 개요

수작업으로 관리하던 내용을 정보화를 통한 관리로 전환하기 위하여 기준정보를 구축한다.

나. 공정과 기능 구성

1) 화장품 공정의 자동화 영역

기준정보, 생산관리, 원부자재 입출고, 공정관리, 모니터링, 수신, 송신, 보고서, 재고관리, 품질관리, 칭량관리(원료칭량등록, 칭량라벨관리, 실적 및 이력관리), 설비관리 등

2) 데이터 집계 및 설비 제어 

자재입고정보(바코드/수작업->RFID), 자재칭량정보(수작업->바코드/RFID), 제공현황 정보(Reader), 샘산실적집계(계수기/계량기/바코드), 입고정보집계, 출하실적 집계(바코드/RFID)

3) 표준 공정도

자재입고, 수입검사, 칭량, 제조, 충전 및 타정, 공정검사, 포장, 창고입고, 출하검사, 출하

3. 요건(화장품 중간2 수준)

가. 일반관리

설비 데이터 자동 수집 및 자동제어를 통한 단순노무인력 절감과 실시간 데이터 분석과 제어를 통한 공장운영 최적화 및 원가절감 

나. 품질

공정/최종 검사 정보가 자동으로 품질 시스템과 연결되며 레시피 관리를 통한 품질 최적값 확보

다. 생산

레시피에 의거한 원부자재 투입 자동화 및 자동 스케쥴러와 설비제어 자동화를 연계하여 Lot 자동 추적

라. 설비

여러 종류의 PLC 통합 인터페이스 및 통합제어 및 설비통합관리 및 예방보전, 설비효율 관리

4. 효과

동 산업은 한류 영향으로 해외시장에서 K-Beauty 확산과 함께 고용 부가가치가 높은 수출산업으로 지속적인 성장이 이루어지고 있는 신성장 전략산업으로 부상하고 있으며 AI를 활용한 Personalized skincare 등 바이오헬스산업으로 

자원의 제약상황에 기초하여 생산의 성과를 최적화하기 위한 자동 스케쥴링에 따라 생산관련 원부자재의 투입이 자동으로 실행되며 

생산관리 측면에서는 생산자동화(칭량, 설비제어, APS)로 작업효율성이 제고되며, 품질측면에서는 실시간 자동화, 품질문서 자동화로 신뢰 확보가 가능, 현장의 생산정보와 엔지니어링 데이터 간의 연관 분석을 통한 품질 경쟁력 확보 등의 효과가 기대된다.
