Balanced policy-making for innovation center based on wants 

It is prerequisites to reflecting on wants based policy-making for innovation industrial cluster systems because of balanced development among industrial clusters. Korea consisted of two types of industrial complex systems. One is national and the other general industrial complex. 

National industrial complex has no limits to provide resources for business entities in the domain. But general industry complexes faced with lots of limitations fostering inside industrial complex. 

How can it make in equal capacity for supporting business entities in the cluster. It is reasonable for concerned parties to create suitable infrastructures for enterprises in the industrial cluster. Balanced resources for existing industrial complexes creates more effective performance regardless of its types.

There are no limitations for reinvigorating existing industrial environments in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era leading global competitiveness based on wants policy-making requirements. It is important for us to have open based administrative services and support for enhancing nation wide industrial clusters.

Authenticity and epoch-making innovation will be pivotal role in fostering successful industry environments and multitudes both qualities and performance for effective platforms in the clusters.

More valuable resources will be supported both industrial cluster systems and business systems in the clusters. It is necessary for us to be considerate of convergence technologies because of creating value added fundermentals.
